Yes, he can lurn TM endure. The problem is eventually it will fail.

That won't work - if you use Protect then Endure the failure rate still rises. See http://pokemondb.net/pokebase/1046/does-using-protect-and-then-detect-work

I was so dissapointed when I tried that strategy. I found a whole team who could do it, trained them and then failed.
