Question

If I give my PokéRus Dialga holding Power Anklet (+ 4 Speed EVs) and do this;

1. encounter a wild Bidoof (1 HP EV)
2. sent out Dialga
3. switch it out for PokéRus Charizard
4. Flamethrew Bidoof to ashes

How many EVs would both get? I think Dialga would get 2 HP and 8 Speed EVs and Charizard 2 HP EVs

Your right, Charizard wouldn't get a boost from the Power Anklet but would still get the EVs from Bidoof.
