Is there any special way that makes catching shiny Pokemon easier in Pokemon B/W?

Well, if you breed a pokemon from America from one from a different langaued game, you're chances of hatching a shiny will increase by about 4 times, I think. However, you still have a pretty low chance of hatching a shiny.

Not by catching, but they increased the chances of hatching a shiny through the Masuda Method.
in Gen 4 (D/P/P/HG/SS) the chance was 1/2048 (4 times more likely than normally in grass etc.) and this was increased to 1/1366 (1/1365,3~) (6 times more likely than surfing, grass etc.) in Gen 5 (B/W)

Unfortunately, there is no special way to make catching shinies easier in Black and White.
