The save file from a pokemanz game to the computer I'm on now, not the one in the pokecenter.

You simply cant. There are some proggrams that let you sent some pokemon but not the whole save file. But if your using a flashcard(dstwo, acekard, r4) you can connect the sd card to the pc and copy the .sav file to your pc

If you go to Gamefaqs.com and go to almost any game, they will have a section for "Saved games".
