There are a variety of things you can look at to determine if a Pokemon is hacked or not.

1. You can check the Pokemon's page and see if all of its moves are legal. (Such as a Metapod having Outrage.)
2. If it is an event Pokemon, you can look up that Pokemon's event to see the date it was received was correct, as well as the OT ID.
3. You can again check the Pokemon's page, and look to see if its stats are illegal or not. (Such as a Blaziken having 999 Attack, 999 Defense, 1 Defense, etc.)
4. Check the Summary of the Pokemon and see if anything looks fishy.

There are a ton of things you can do, but it would be more helpful if you could provide the Pokemon's details itself in this question.

also,if you're looking at something random involving the hacked mon,there might be question marks instead of letters in a certain word.example:M?t ?t Rt.F?ft??n[met at rt.fifteen]
