Johto: bug catching contest first prize ,pokathalon 3000 only on certain days
Kanto: rt17 And cerulean cave

To access kanto you need to beat johto then to access cerulean cave you need to complete kanto

You find it in Ceruelean Cave. You have to beat main story to enter it.

No i had as soon as I answered that i was trying to find mewtwo in the cave and i had found a dusk stone
