I think my Charizards Evs are maxed out but I want to be sure. How/Where can I do this?

Blackthorn City has a person that gives youa Ribbon for maxing out EVs. Congrats on the maxed-out Charizard.

Thx, thats where I thought it was. I was just too lazy/busy to check for myself. Charizard is my number 5 fav out of all pokemon and my lv 100 Charizard I lost in my Red was my first pokemon evr so Charizard is pretty important to me, along with my old pidgeot I lost in red(first pokemon I ever caught in the wild.
