Focus Blast / Dragon Pulse

i recommend focus blast.

as this is OU, home of ferrothorn, and dragon pulse still isn't going to be able to do much damage ( even with specs really ) to anything with a neutral hit. 96 hp isn't going to serve enough bulk for 2ko's without the switch. meaning focus blast is probably your best bet.

and on the bright side, you also have ice type coverage.
