Im new to the whole migrating thing so I wanted to know before I migrated any of my starters or interactable legendaries such as Lugia and Ho-Oh. Also any other info on migrating would help.

Nah, I don't think so. I've migrated all 3 Sinnoh pokemon. The way to mess up your game is by using action replay.

If you.mean finish.a game and catch all the legendaries then switch then to another game then no. ive done it plenty of times and it.messes nothing up. What it will do is take a long time.

The only bad thing is that if they're high level pokémons is that they sometimes won't obey you because you'll need gymbadges to make them obey you. Example: You have a level 100 Ho-oh, it won't fully obey you unless you have the eight gymbadge (or caught it yourself).
