Defeat Alder in EF
Abyssal Ruins, first red block, Left, Down, Right, Up.
Talk to Alder in C Tower
Ring bell twice, save
Ring bell again
Go down stairs, go back up
RAYQUAZA!!!

There´s no Rayquaza in BW - of course, there are events

No, your friend is telling you to go out on a wild goose chase. However, there is an event that is still unknown when it is coming to North America, that will be a Rayquaza.

No it is false. Someone made a faked Youtube video of it. Source: Under the video a bunch of angry commenters expose him. There are no pre-gen V Legendaries that can be caught without event in B/W.
