what happens if your pokemon is on lv:100 and is on its youngest eveloution

It will be impossible for the Pokemon to evolve again unless it evolves by these methods: Stone, Trade, Trade with item.

If it evolves by level or happiness, then it will just stay in that form forever. However, if it evolves by stone, trade,etc. then it can still evolve in the said ways.
