I have no idea. Many Pokemon can learn TMs through breeding. They don't usually mention them as Egg moves because it's a given.
Some can be outdated, it takes a lot of upkeep to make them all current, it's possible it's just wrong, not everything is 100% true on all the pkmn sites.
