What are some good movesets for these not fully evolved Pokemon?

I don't have any good movesets for these guys because I never use them. I'm just wondering as these are the only not fully evolved Pokemon that are ever used:

Pikachu
Vigoroth
Porygon 2
Jigglypuff
Ivysaur
Squirtle

Pikachu: Light Ball
Vigoroth: No Truant
Porygon 2: I don't know why.
Jigglypuff: I don't know why.
Ivysaur: I don't know why.
Squirtle: I don't know why.

All are seen very rarely but still can sometimes be seen.

I do have: A Pikachu that knows: Volt Tackle, Headbutt, Quick Attack, and Thunder. A Squirtle that knows: Hydro Pump, Withdraw, Water Gun, and Rapid Spin. An Ivysaur that knows: Solarbeam, Bullet Seed, Vine Whip, and Razor Leaf. A Charizard (not my main one) that knows: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Fly, and Rock Smash. A Pichu that knows: Volt Tackle, Thundershock, Headbutt, Thunder. A Mewtwo (not my main one) that knows: Shadow Ball, Aura Sphere, Confusion, Disable. A Jigglypuff that knows: Rollout, Sing, Rest, Pound. A Lucario (not my main one) that knows: Aura Sphere, Force Palm, Extremespeed, and Double Team. As some of you can tell, these are homages to Super Smash Bros moves.

OK, for Pikachu. Notice how a lot of the pokemon you said, were in the anime, i. e. pikachu, squirtle, and that stupid jigglypuff that drew on everyones face. Some People use them just because they are obsessed with the anime(not me, I don't even have cable anyway!!). Some People just like Vigroth better because he has no truant. I'm seriously too lazy to write down movesets for all of them, so I'll link you to an article from my site regarding a Porygon2 moveset:

http://willspokeprofiles.blogspot.com/2010/07/poke-profile-porygon2.html

As for the other one that I could very quickly touch upon, I'd say to give Pikachu:

Thunderbolt (STAB.)
Attract (Gives the rodent some survivability.)
Brick Break (Break the screens and hit the bulky Rock and Steel types hard.)
Grass Knot (Your counter against your only weakness. Works well most of the time.)

EDIT: DT, Swampert: You two take care of the others. I'll thumb you both up, haha.

Is it your own blog? cool...
Yeah, I started one yesterday, too. If yuo want to see it, press my username(swmapert) and you can see it there(yes, its on weebly!:/)
Weebly is the best free server you can get, Bro. Nothing to be ashamed of. :P

Anyway, yeah, it's my own blog. I just write articles whenever I feel like it, and I do requests.
Yeah, im working on it right now! Im working on the starters page currently. Just Started on Blastoise.

Ok I have a good enough moveset for a pikachu. I use them on mine and they are pretty good.
we will start off with
thunderbolt-stab, good accuracy
Volt tackle-stab again, may do alot of damage to your pikachu but its a great attack.
iron tail-bad accuracy I know but covers some types that pikachu is bad against
and finally grass knot, yes grass knot-its very effectve. well say your oppenent brings out onix iron tail will have to hit three or four times to knock him out so use grass knot for lots and lots of damage but remember its best against heavy pokemon!!

Pikachu:

Grass Knot:Deals with Ground Types, the heavier the foe,the greater the damage.

Focus Punch:Good Power,I'll tell you the eay way to do it...

Double team:Keep using this and then try Focus Punch and because you will have high evasivness, the foe is more likely to miss, then you can continue focus Punch.

ThunderBolt:Good power,Good accuracy.Can cause Parylyis(Spelling?)

Vigoroth:

Double Team:I'll tell you why...

Focus Punch:Keep using Double Team until you think you should use this, just like Pikachu.

Aerial Ace:Deals with Fighting types.

You can choose this last move because I'm not sure.

Porygon2:

Tri Attack:Can Parylize(Spelling?)Freeze or Burn the foe.

Hyper Beam:Try some PP ups for this move.Great power.

Psychic:Deals with Fighting Types.

Conversation2:Changes type to last move used by the foe to make it resistant to the move.

Jigglypuff:

Sing:Puts the foe to sleep.

Dream Eater: Deals with sleeping Fighting types.High power.

Hyper Voice:GREAT power.Very Useful.

Double edge:Does recoil damage so have some berries and potions handy.

Squirtle:

Ice Beam:Deals with Grass Types.Chance to freeze.

Dig:Deals with electric types.

Hydro Pump:GREAT power.Try some PP ups.

Rain dance:Makes Hydro Pump even MORE powerful.

Sorry, can't think of anything for Ivysaur...

Porygon-2 is used as a Wall rather as a Sweeper.
