This is my Absol's moves:
Aerial Ace
Swords Dance
Iron Tail
Night Slash/Pyscho Cut?

Which one should he have?

Haha lol. Both answers aren't great. Sucker punch is a must but absol is to frail to get a sub. And last time I checked psyscic dosen't work on a Pokemon with terrible sp. attack ang great attack.
I recommend the traditional set of

Absol
evs. 252 Attack, 252 speed and 4 wherever.
Superpower-raw power with huge attack
Sucker punch- if you dont know why than youre a noob
Swords dance- get in the power
Psyco cut- With super luck it gives you a good crit chance wick makes amazing coverage
Dont froget that absol has low speed and low defeence. Mach punch wins on the speed tie for an ohko. So always switch on a fighting type if you can.

If you get a sub up, most likely you'll get to use Psycho Cut twice, unless the opponent outspeeds you. So there.

K last I checked, Absol can learn Sucker Punch, no? So if you ran a sucker punch/substitute set, you force them to attack you, and thus get a guaranteed priority STAB BPS )80. Dark Type attack. And if it KOs them, you still have a substitute. wash rinse repeat. just give Absol Leftovers or Shell Bell to help with Subs.

Let me introduce the most effective absol set.

Absol @ Life Orb
Trait: Super Luck
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
-Psycho Cut
-Sucker Punch
-Substitute
-Swords Dance

Once you get up a sub, then you can Swords Dance, and hopefully sweep. Psycho cut is for the threatening Fighting types.... so yeah.

Oh, Sorry. I up-voted yours. This set has Swords Dance too though. Plus I thought the life orb would be more effective in KO'ing opponents.

Yeah i usually stick Life Orb on Regenerator Mienshao, Magic Guard Alakazam, or Swords Dance Haxorus, but that's cuz i never use Absol. on a side note, LO recoil could backfire on a Subsol set and leave it too weak to get a sub up, and Absol lacks recovery outside of Rest i do believe. and obviously if he's holding LO he can't hold a Chesto Berry.

I understand why you'd have this set up, however I like the extra power to KO the Fighting types with Psycho Cut.
