I think that might take some fun out of the game so are you sure that they can be reused over and over and over again? Anybody can answer this as long as they know the answer.

Yeah, I read that, and I checked on Pokebeach and Serebii, and they don't have it confirmed. I don't about that release. It just doesn't sound legit...

I am just going on what several sites have said. Pokebeach and Serebii and others all confirm that it says in the latest CoroCoro magazine that TMs don't expire after one use.
