I had an Exploud / He gets STAB off of echoed voice../ with a metronome in his hand, and I used the move echoed voice to it's max. I'm asking because I want to have a good UO/RU/NU sweeper/ wall.
Echoed Voice needs to be used 4 times to reach its maximum power, and a turn must be used to execute the move. The Metronome will get you a 1.5 boost. So:
200 (Max Power of Echoed Voice) x 1.5 (Metronome boost) x 1.5 (STAB) = 450 base power
