No they are completely the same as shown below

I cant see any differences, correct me if I'm wrong here.
Though (credit to UF) the armour is brighter in b/w2
But they did have a change in animation from B/W to B/W2

The horn on the black and white 2 sammurot has a brighter horn, though.

The animation is different, but then again a lot of the sprite animations changed between Black/White and Black2/White2. That's the only difference I can see.
