Question

In and episode that I saw,it says that Ash met Pikachu in the wild,but,Pikachu has volt tackle,so it has to have hatched from an egg,can anyone explain this?

Ash did not find his Pikachu in the wild, he actually got it from Professor Oak, which means it was most likely bred with Volt tackle, or since this is the anime egg moves may not even exist, meaning that Pikachu would learn it through experience.

And remember, the Anime is NOT the game. It's basically another side to Pokemon; TV shows and video games I find hard to relate.

If they were crossed, a geodude could beat t pikachu due to dodge being a command, and iron tail's low accuracy... ;)
