I thought of this while showering, so it's obviously a good idea.
Make it so if you reach, say, 4000, or 5000 points, another extra privalage is added. The ability to Double Flag. And for experts, make Triple Flagging.
Double flagging is the ability to flag twice. Either it gives the direct option of "Double Flag", or if you flag you can flag again. Now, for Triple Flagging, again, maybe the direct or if that doesn't work, flag, flag, and flag again, then the "Unflag" option comes.
This will be beneficial in situations where a question needs to be hidden and there are no Editors or Mods there. So you can double flag to make things go faster. Triple flagging almost guarantees a hiding.
If you think people will start to take advantage of this, remember, hardly any non-users have points that go up to the thousands, and Experts are trustworthy or else they wouldn't be Experts.
I hope this is taken under consideration, because it might benefit the site. But if you don't have the power to do this, it's all right.
