Make it so you can just ban users for a certain section(s).

User spams in pokebase. Ban in pokebase only. User is able to post bugs etc. in meta.
User spams false bugs in meta. Ban in meta only. User is able to post teams in the BS.
User violates rules for Battle Subway. Ban.

I have to disagree. If you abuse this site you should be punished. It doesnt matter if you abused meta or pokebase or etc you should be banned. Tell me if anyone else agrees.
