Jellicent - You haven't listed EVs, but I would make the EVs on him 252 HP, 252 spdef, 4 def. Don't run Timid, run Calm, and change Scald for Protect, he is now your special wall.
Heracross - Swords Dance on a Choice Scarfed Pokemon is a fail, and I suggest you replace Guts for Moxie, turning him into a late-game sweeper. In place of Swords Dance I would suggest you use Earthquake, and change Rock Slide for Stone Edge.
Steelix - Again, you haven't specified EVs, but I suggest you give him 252 def, and 248 atk, 16 HP. Your set looks OK, but why are you running Toxic Orb, if it is to keep status off of you, Toxic Orb won't work, as you are a steel type, and I realize that may be why you chose it, but it won't. Steelix is immune to poison, and paralyzation will power up Gyro Ball, so the only status you have to worry about is burn. Try using leftovers instead, Steelix is now your physical wall.
Typhlosion - Good set, the only thing I have to add is a scarf nstead of specs, but that is just me.
