Hey Gigaslash. I knew you would come back to the site with a fresh new sand team, and I wanna rate it. Firstly, don't put yourself down! Just because you used a few unconventional pokemon doesn't mean the team isn't good. It's a cool team, and the roles and members seem solid. However, I still have a couple of suggestions to help improve it, even though I'm not the expert on sandstorm or even OU, I can see things that should be changed. Also... what is WITH those nicknames? '+TURKEY+'?! Are you serious...?
Anyway xD let's go!

Tyranitar
Looks pretty good, but I'm not sure about all those attacks without any investment. Skarmory can probably sponge most physical attacks anyway, so I'd shift those Def EVs over to Atk. Also, Payback sounds nice, until you realise you miss out on the full power on a surprising number of threats, including Reuniclus.

Quagsire
How many times do I have to tell people? As chill as Quagsire is, if he doesn't have Unaware, he is badly outclassed by Gastrodon. Luckily, he's not, because of that great ability! It lets him hard counter most setup sweepers (because you know, screw Venusaur).
Another problem I've found with UberPwnage's Gastro set is that even once you've fully stockpiled up, you're a sitting duck. Thanks to Unaware, you're not setup bait, but you're basically just waiting for something to come in and force you out with Toxic. To deal with this, I think a Curse Quagsire set would be better.
Quagsire (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch / Waterfall
- Recover
Curse is obviously to set up, and with 252 SDef investment and a Careful nature, lets you take hits easily. Earthquake is your primary STAB move, and hits hard after a few Curses. In the next slot, you can have either Ice Punch or Waterfall. Ice Punch has much better coverage, and doesn't leave you completely walled by Grass types. On the other hand, most Grass types force you out anyway, so Waterfall is viable for harder hitting STAB when Earthquake is ineffective. Recover lets you regain health, meaning you can shrug off weak attacks and continue to Curse up.

Skarmory
This is an interesting set, I like it. Skarmory also forms an amazing defensive core with Quagsire, which is nice. However, using Fly is basically screaming 'HEY MAGNEZONE! GET A FREE SWITCH IN AND SET UP ON MY FACE!' lol. Sky Drop is definitely the better option, as it also traps in the opposing pokemon, and the lower Base Power isn't really an issue.

Blissey
As far as I know, if you're using Seismic Toss on Blissey, Chansey is better. It can still pass huge Wishes, and has much better bulk on both sides. The lack of Leftovers recovery isn't that much of a big deal.

Gliscor
Well, you said yourself this set isn't working out for you, and I can see why. (poison jab? dafuq) So, I have an awesome Gliscor set I like to use when I use sand. It works really well and I'm sure you enjoy making people rage xD
Gliscor (M) @ FLYING GEM -_-
Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Acrobatics
- Earthquake
Lol, this set is amazing to troll people. Basically, you keep setting up substitutes. When you factor in Sand Veil's 20% chance to make the opponent miss, along with paralysis support from Blissey, it is inevitable that you'll get up a free sub eventually. From there, you use SD, and then wreck shop with your amazingly powerful Acrobatics. Even after your Substitute is broken, revenge killers are risky because of Sand Veil :3

Durant
Well, this is an okay set I guess. However, I have noticed that your team already has too many physical attackers, so I'd say replace him for a special attacker that works well in sand. Unfortunately, I'm tired, so I cba to list the full sets. Look them up on the pokebase or something. xP
- Reuniclus
- Jirachi
- Heatran
- Rotom-W
- Latios
If you do decide to keep him though, then Hone Claws is amazing, as it boosts his Attack even further while fixing Hustle's accuracy problem. You really don't need Crunch at all, so replace that.
Well, I finally finished my answer. It was a great team and fun to rate. I hope my suggestions helped, though. See ya! :]
