After a Rock Polish boost, he has the Ability to outspeed literally everything in NU, exept Ninjask, I think. Modest Nature + Life Orb give him terrifying sweeping abilities. Ice Beam and Thunderbolt make the BoltBeam coverage while Focus Blast is coverage against Rock and Steel types.
On to Machoke. If you want this team to have a good Fighting type, try Gurdurr. He's the most popular Eviolite user now.

SubSalac is a great set for him. Activating Torrent + Salac Berry is relatively easy to do by spamming Substitute.
For Dragonair, try a fully offensive set, it seems to work better.

This guy has a lot of options but all in all, he's a great new threat in NU. I would be more tempted by Fraxure than by Dragonair, TBH.

Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Milk Drink
- Heal Bell
- Body Slam
- Stealth Rock
He will take Ice attacks for your Dragon. And sets up Rocks. And can paralyse with Body Slam. And supports your team with Heal Bell. And is a great SDef wall. =D
On to Lampent. Replacing for Haunter. More big offensive presence;
