I have found this guy EXTREMELY powerful. Lots of people forget that even though he is a fighting type Throh has good S.Defense piled with high Hp which makes him extremely hard to hurt, after a Bulk-up or two he has amazing bulk. He also forces switches piled with Crustles hazards which is very useful.
