Couple of points.
1. Shell Bell is horrible; even if it does an OHKO, say 350 damage that's 21 HP healed.
2. Why Mild nature?
3. This team looks good on paper, but has no teamwork whatsoever.

So what do you think would help? i insist on my SkarmBliss core, and Dragonite took me too long to get DW ability, plus Adamant nature. I like Weavile a lot, but he does get OHKO'd easily, and Sandstorm i see very often, which makes Focus Sash next to useless.

Probably Weavile. And no Sitrus Berry on Gengar, is messes you up.

So since Alakazam is holding Life Orb, what should i give Gengar?

wow that's a tough decision but here's my suggestions

1.Weavile-Great attack and speed but bad defence and ok sp. defence also it depends on the ability you want Weavile to have.
2.Machamp-Great attack and great sp. attack but low defence and sp. defence, decent speed.
3.Carracosta-With good attack, good sp. attack, great defence and great sp.defence and with the ability sturdy it comes in very handy.
Final Decision-Carracosta because he's rare since he's a fossil and he's kickbutt (also if you haven't picked your fossil yet I would pick Archen ;)

I don't think this is in-game. And Machamp / Weavile ARE WAYYY better than Carracosta.
