I have some good Exp with Ubers, and I'll tell you Blob will 6-0 you with this team. You need quite a few replacements.
Kyogre
Lets go more bulky. Switch Specs to Lefties. EVs are pretty good, but switch Spd into SDef. Hydro Pump is replaced by Rest.
I believe it may turn into Standard, but he dominates with it. Rest is reliable recovery. Thunder with Ice Beam gets Bolt-Beam. Kyogre has always been bulky enough to stay alive during Rest.
Ferrothorn
Meh, not too shabby. You might want Spikes over Bulldoze. If so, Rocky Helmet is more preferable.

Wobbuffet is not practical, plus very cheap.

Do need to explain this? Swift Swim is double speed, and Kindra is a mixed super-sweeper. Kingdra is just much better due to having one weakness, easily covered by Ice Beam.
Garchomp
I really do not want to replace your whole team, and Garchomp doesn't benefit too much here, but oh well. Switch Ability for Rough Skin. Fire Blast over Brick Break for coverage. Switch DClaw for Dragon Tail to phaze, and Atk EVs to SAtk.

Lucario is beyond too frail in Ubers.
