Any suggestions for my new Smogon UU team? :D

Ohai. This is yet another UU team lol. I think they're getting better each time! So it revolves around a Qwilfish & Bronzong defensive core, who cover each other pretty nicely. Qwilfish easily tanks powerful Fire attacks like Darmanitan's Flare Blitz, while Bronzong can dodge Ground attacks aimed at Qwilfish. The two have really nice synergy and can set up lots of hazards, which leaves me free to do what I want with the rest of the team. I have a Scarfed Rotom-C and a LO Darmanitan for a Volt-Turn core, and Sableye to break stall and spinblock. Finally I have SubCM Raikou for a lategame sweeper. This team is undefeated on PO from 10 battles, but I'm sure once I start facing better people (eg people without Sunny Day Shuppet) I suppose I'll have a few more problems xD Well, let's get to the team :]

Rotom-C @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Leaf Storm
- Thunderbolt
- Trick
- Volt Switch

My Scarfer, Rotom-C is one of my favourite Pokemon to use in UU. He's one of the only Electric types that isn't stopped dead by Swampert, thanks to his STAB Leaf Storm. Thunderbolt is reliable STAB if I don't want to lower my Special Attack. Trick cripples most switchins to Rotom, like Porygon2. Volt Switch is such a lovely move to have on a choiced attacker, if the opponent switches out I can deal damage and gain momentum by going to a counter. Rotom-C forms a great core with Darmanitan, they have great synergy as well as being able to Volt-Turn. It's awesome, because Rotom can break through bulky waters and rock types; Slowbro, Suicune, Blastoise, Swampert, Rhyperior, the list goes on. After they have been removed, Darmanitan is free to basically wreck my opponent's whole team.

Qwilfish (F) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Spikes
- Waterfall
- Thunder Wave
- Pain Split

Qwilfish is one of my all time favs, and also a very underestimated Pokemon in UU. Its amazing Water/Poison typing, great bulk, and Intimidate let it check most Fire and Fighting Pokemon in UU. It has no trouble with Darmanitan which is one of the only things Bronzong fears. I prefer Spikes on offensive teams, to take advantage of the switches my Volt Turners force. Waterfall is reliable STAB. Thunder Wave cripples a lot of offensive Pokemon, including fast Electric types coming in to volt switch on me. Pain Split is a lovely gift he got from BW2, and is the only form of recovery he gets.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Earthquake
- Toxic

Bronzong is one of the best Pokemon in UU, and also one of the most annoying. Excellent typing and Levitate make it fit well on any team, really. It may not have any reliable recovery, but it's guaranteed to at least set up Stealth Rocks, spam Toxic and probably Gyro Ball something frail like Sharpedo to death. My EV spread is more focused on special defense, since my Intimidate Qwilfish can take care of most physical attackers. Earthquake nails Fire type switchins, and stops me being Magneton bait.

Darmanitan (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- Superpower
- Rock Slide
- U-turn

Darmanitan is so strong, it's unreal. 140 base power STAB Flare Blitz & Life Orb & Sheer Force is just OP. Superpower hits Rock types harder, and also destroys Thick Fat Snorlax. Rock Slide is boosted by Sheer Force, and hits other Fire types harder. U-Turn scouts and is the only move on this set that Slowbro would ever be scared of. Once my Rotom deals enough damage to defensive Water types, Darmanitan is going to destroy >:D

Sableye (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 132 SDef / 12 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Night Shade
- Recover

Sableye is essential to my team, as his Ghost typing lets him block Rapid Spin. His priority Taunt comes in very handy - keeping hazards from going up, preventing walls from inflicting status on me or healing themselves, stopping Pokemon setting up on me. Will-O-Wisp is essential to stop Scarf Moxie Heracross in its tracks, while also adding to residual damage on walls and crippling physical attackers not named Darmanitan or Victini. Night Shade is consistent damage, and chosen over Foul Play because that conflicts with the burns I inflict. Recover is reliable healing, and its +1 priority lets me stall out many powerful attackers. The speed EVs allow me to speed creep other Sableye to get my Taunt in first.

Raikou @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 128 HP / 76 Def / 52 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Raikou was more of an afterthought on this team, but he has given great performances. My team is quite threatened by Zapdos, but Raikou can come in and set up all over its face. After one Calm Mind, Zapdos's Heat Wave won't break my sub, and I can carry on SubCMing. Thunderbolt is STAB, and even Snorlax doesn't want to take a +2 Thunderbolt after Rocks and Spikes. Hidden Power [Ice] gets that bolt beam coverage. Not gonna lie, the EV spread is copied off Smogon, but hey, it works for me.

The end :3 please leave suggestions!

Why does Qwilfish have Water Gun? Where's Waterfall?
lol xD that was supposed to be waterfall.
Damn, you must be brave to use Water Gun.
Haven't you ever watched the anime? watergun is the best move ever, Ashs Squirtle pwned Vlleplume with it!!
I can see a darmanitan giving this team problems but Appart from that I would use scarf on darmanitan as so many Pokemon will outspeed without it's still op without lo
Also though I'm against t spikes this team would benefit well as much as any team would but taunt isn't helping as much as t spikes could.
I used qwilfish once and it is to good at its job IMO lol but most People would rather get rid of it than set up on it thanks to its typing and the importance if hazards in uu.
Appart from the darmanitan problem though this team is great and has received my vote;)
Thanks blob :] I think qwilfish checks darmanitan pretty well, not sure how much an earthquake does but I don't think it will do a lot, although I'm lacking a spinner and qwilfish has no reliable recovery so it could be worn down easily, I guess.
If your qwilfish didn't have such a perfect moveset already, i would say run Protect to help abuse Black Sludge Recovery but it would almost hurt more than help. good job on the fishie!!
Lolwut, Sunny Day Shuppet?!
