FWAGGY (Politoed) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Toxic
- Protect
- Dive
- Attract

Lead rain staller. Toxic is a requirement, protect is to stall, dive is incase of taunt and to further stall, and attract can cripple my foes.

Tentacruelty (Tentacruel) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Toxic
- Toxic Spikes
- Substitute
- Protect

Another staller/t-spiker. Rain dish and leftovers can be a real pain in the butt. Substitute works great with leftovers and rain dish, and protect stalls.

Fairytales (Dragonite) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 148 Def / 252 SAtk / 108 SDef
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hurricane
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunder
- Focus Blast

Tank. Hurricane is epicness, dragon pulse is STAB, thunder gets perfect accuracy, focus blast is to cover annoying ice types.

kaaaaaBUTOPZ (Kabutops) (M) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- X-Scissor
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge

Swift swim sweeper. I am giving credit to Fear Itself for the set cause after swift swim and swords dance you are screwed.

Puppy! (Raikou) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunder
- Extrasensory
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power [Ice]

This guy comes in and sops up electric type moves. Calm mind can really get me moving and the rest does my work well.

UFRICKINHAX! (Togekiss) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Air Slash
- Ominous Wind
- Thunder Wave
- Water Pulse

Ummm I hate togekiss too just I never tried this guy before.

Hah, don't credit me, credit MC or J98. I'm not clever enough to come up with something as good as Kabutops.
I totally used Kabutops in rain before FI or MC either were members here xD
Don't you take the credit J98. kabutops was used in Rain long before this site was made I'm pretty sure.
Truth be told, I'm sure.
Some guy probably used him in Ubers with Kyogre back before Gen V.
Most likely, it could probably function well in Uber.
Hmm.... I'm going to be testing something on MY Uber team! :D
I had to use this team on ubers since swift swim+drizzle was banned and it pulled through fairly well.

Politoed

Rest will benefit you more than Attract here, while Attract can immobilize quite a few foes, Rest will let you stall out for a while longer if they have to break you down from full Hp again.
Chesto / Lum Berry is optional to go along with it, but Leftovers will still work.

Tentacruel

You already jacked Politoed up to have higher defense, instead of his naturally high Sp Def. You shouldn't with Tentacruel. Invest those Defense Ev's into Sp Def, change his nature to Modest. Ditch Toxic, you're setting up Toxic Spikes, so as soon as your opponent switches, you've completely wasted a moveslot.
Replace it with Surf, Hydro Pump, or even Muddy Water if you wanna try to screw up someone's accuracy.

Kabutops

Without a spinner, Hazards really mess this guy up. I suggest to ditch the swords dance approach, and go for the alternate approach. Choice band. Throw out Swords dance for Aqua Jet, as Priority still exists to screw up pokemon that have ridiculously high speed.

Raikou

The only reason I use Raikou in the rain instead of Thundurus, is because I generally like him.
Unless that's you, that you're going to want to change him out for Thundurus, if you keep him, use the set that lets him make full use of the rain.

Raikou @ Leftovers

Trait: Pressure

EVs: 252 SAtk / 128 SDef / 128 Spd

Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)

  • Volt Switch
  • Thunder
  • Weather Ball
  • Aura Sphere

That might not export well, due to me erasing the nickname I use for mine.

Togekiss

With Thunder Wave as support, you won't really have to bother running Timid, you can go for Modest for that extra power, or even something like Bold to make you slightly bulkier.
Consider Psychock over Ominous Wind, to break up special walls that immediately force it out.
