If you're gonna fight OU with that team,you're gonna run into Conkeldurr a lot,and with 3 Pokemon weak to it,and only one Pokemon to resist him,he has the ability to sweep.

I also think you could stand to give a bit more diversity in your team. Four pokemon with ice moves is a bit much, even if you are trying to take down dragons.

Typhlosion: Good, consider changing HP Ice based on what tier you're battling against. You have HP Ice on Magneton already. I recommend HP Electric.

Crobat: Replace Steel Wing with Super Fang to take out half of the opponent's HP before they can blink, then switch with U-Turn. Steel Wing barely gives any coverage anyway.

Magneton: What??? A Speed-based sweeper Magneton? No, no, no!!! Give in Analyctic to boost most moves, and give it Brave if you want a Special set. Because Thunder Wave cuts Speed, I would replace it with Gravity, and Thunderbolt with Zap Cannon.

Weavile: Replace Ice Shard with Aerial Ace for coverage against Fighting and Bug. He's so fast, you don't need priority with him.

Lickilicky: Why do you have Sp. Atk EVs with no Special moves? Make sure it HATES you (although I prefer Return with it liking you) for Frustration, otherwise use Body Slam for a chance to paralyze. Maybe replace Power Whip with Hammer Arm for move coverage and accuracy, your choice.

Typhlosion - He stated pretty clearly that this is specifically for taking down OU teams. Home of the Overused dragons. So HP Ice will benefit him the most.

Crobat - Steel Wing covers Ice and Rock which are both major weaknesses of Crobat's.

Magneton - Dude, chill. Magneton can work perfectly fine as a Para-Sweeper, so it's fine.

Weavile - STAB Ice Punch almost does equal damage to a super effective Ariel Ace, Priority is to outspeed priority, and Choice Scarfs ( Which are insanely common in OU ) to take down Scarf Garchomp ( OU by Our tiers ) and Salamence.

Lickilicky - Is supposed to take down weather inducing pokemon, meaning Earthquake can take down Ninetales and Tyranitar, while Power Whip can take down Politoed.

Yes, I voted this down.
Why? Because these were all considered " bad " suggestions.
