well, 1/2 of them do know fire blast, and ice types tend to be slow... but i'd swap one for a charizard. fits your theme, and gives you someone whos not going to be taking (at least) 2x damage from ice. otherwise: why not? dragons are awesome :D

I think you should not use dragon moves so much.It only beats 1 type. DRAGON. Focus on other moves for type coverage.Bottom line:One dragon type move on each pokemon then the rest diffrent type coverage.

(/_-) While dragon types are only super effective to dragon types, they are only resisted by steel types. So as long as you carry moves to take down the things that threaten/resist you, you can boost up and start wrecking with dragon types.

Natures and EVs need to be done to make your Pokemon fully realize its best stats. here's an idea:

mixed attacker. XBelt helps OHKO anything that it hits supereffective, and Outrage/Draco Meteor combo form a 180bp/210bp STAB combo that is only resisted by 1 type: Steel. and Earthquake and Fire Blast deal with Steel types easily.

basically, Scarf makes Sally outspeed next to everything. Dragon Claw was chosen over Outrage, since Scarf locks Sally into that one move, and after a few Atk boosts from Moxie, attacking yourself in confusion can quickly end Sally's sweep. the rest is all coverage.

Flygon @ Choice Band
Trait: Levitate
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 SDef

Banded U-Turn is mean. Flygon lacks the power of his team mates, but makes up for this as a Scout and his above average Spd.

Haxorus with Jolly maxes Atk at 393. After a single Swords Dance, 786, after 2, 1179. Now add in +30% boost by Life Orb, this thing DESTROYS. Dual Chop is uses as to Break Subs, since it hits hard as hell after boosts: 40bp + STAB (x1.5) = 60bp + Life Orb (+30%) = 80bp *1172 Atk Stat calculation *2 hits (Dual Chop) = Openin' a Crate of Whoop Arse on the opponent.

and there is my idea for a Mono-Dragon team. without Latios and Dialga it suffers a bit, but this will still kill. Attack first, ask questions later.

Half of your team has a x4 weakness to Ice, which essentially means you can be KO'ed by a Weavile w/ Ice Punch, since its 125 base speed (w/ most probable EV training) means it will almost certainly go before your entire team.

I would consider other pseudo-dragon/ dragon egg group pokemon instead, or if you're going in ubers (half of your team are ubers anyway), dragon legendaries. There is no part-dragon non-legendary except for Kingdra that doesn't have Ice weakness.

Breeding natures is luck, but you can soft reset (save just before you get the bred egg and reset after hatching if it isn't what you want).

Imo, you should only go to all that trouble for competitive play. In game wise, I think you can do absolutely fine by reshuffling your team a bit, since you know your opponents in game. I put the natures/ EVs there for competitive play information.
