There is not one OU pokemon in this whole team, everything is Uber here except for Regigigas, and you have stats, not EVs.
Will they hide it beacause of that?
Shell Bell is a no-no on Rayquaza, but the rest is good
K.I'll change. What should it hold then?
Razor Claw is good

I'll be answering it
K.
 sure
Illegal EV spreads bro. EV's can reach a Max of 508, and each individual Stat can be boosted to a Max 252. And lol Regiggigas in Ubers? SET-UP FODDER.
He has EVs and stats mixed up. He posted the stats of his pokemon and not the actual EVs. And I agree, Extremkiller would have a hay-day if he found a regigigias to set up on.

I going to change a couple things on this team:

Lugia@Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Modest(+SpAtt, -Att)
EVs: 252 SpDef/ 252 Def/ 6 HP
-Aeroblast
-Surf
-Psychic
-Recover
Modest boosts SpAtt and minuses Att, which doesn't hurt him at all, and EVs makes him a bulky Special sweeper. Aeroblast and Psychic are STAB, Surf is good power, and Recover recovers(duh).

Palkia@Lustrous Orb
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 SpAtt/ 252 Speed/ 6 Def
-Spacial Rend
-Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Thunderbolt/Thunder/Ice Beam/Blizzard/Earth Power
-Surf
-Aura Sphere
Spacial Rend and Surf are STAB, and Aura Sphere is for those Steel types that resist your Spacial Rend. You can choose what to do with your last slot, depending on what you want.
You could also drop Spacial Rend and put Draco Meteor on him, its up to you.

Regigigas@Leftovers
Ability: Slow Start :(
Nature: Impish(+Def, -SpAtt)
EVs: 252Att/ 252 SpDef/ 6 Def
-Substitute
-Drain Punch
-Toxic
-Stealth Rock
While he has good stats, his ability makes him toast as a Attacker, so go with a defensive staller. Substitute is neccessary, Drain Punch recovers health lost due to Substitute, and Toxic screws your opponent. Stealth Rock sets up Hazards.

Rayquaza@Razor Claw
Ability: Air Lock
Nature: Naughty (+Att, -SpDef)
EVs: 252 Att/ 252 Speed/ 6 SpAtt
-Dragon Claw
-Overheat
-Earthquake
-Extreme Speed
Dragon Claw for STAB, good power and I like it better than Outrage.Overheat deals with Ice weakness, and as it is the only Special move, the recoil is not that bad. Earthquake and Extreme Speed is good power and is in general good.

Mewtwo@Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 SpAtt/ 252 Def/ 6 Speed
-Psychic
-Aura Sphere
-Recover
-Ice Beam/ Calm Mind/ Shadow Ball
Psychic is STAB, Aura Sphere covers Dark weakness, and Recover does you-know-what. Ice Beam covers Bug weakness and kills Dragons that you may encounter, Calm Mind boosts stats, and Shadow Ball covers Ghost weakness and harms other Psychics. Go with the one that you think will help you more.

Giratina@Griseous Orb
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Lonely(+Att, -Def)
EVs: 252 Att/ 252 Speed/ 6 Def
-Shadow Force/ Shadow Claw
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Aura Sphere
Shadow Force is powerful, but the opponent could just switch into a normal type, but you can choose. Dragon Claw is STAB, preferred over Outrage. Earthquake is just awesome, and Aura Sphere covers Ice and Dark weakness

That is my input.

regigigas can't learn focus punch.
And can I some how keep mewtwo's me first?
Regigigas can't learn it in B2, and since it sounds like thats the game you're playing, teach it Superpower.  Mewtwo, if you really want Me First, then keep that instead of Recover or Ice Beam
or on Regi, teach it Brick Break via TM
Ok, i'll do both of those.
Calm Mind and Recover plus Choice Specs FAIL

Okay, so I just spent like an hour on answering this and my computer got the idea that it would be funny to go back to the last page I was on, completely deleting what I had written, so I am going to post an Importable copy and then tell you what I changed, to make it shorter since I am not made of time.

So the first thing I did was make Mewtwo your lead, as he can taunt support/set-up leads and start sweeping with relative ease. Thunderbolt over Thunder due to the fact that Rayquaza'z Air Lock will usually stop you from abusing Kyogre's oh-so-common rain. Next, I changed Lugia into a wall, and the set he has is probably one of the best walling sets for Lugia there is, credit to Blobyolo for that. Palia is now you late-game sweeper and has Thunder solely to take down Kyogre, most of the time you will be using Spacial Rend so it doesn't matter to much that Thunder will miss a lot, you won't be using it much. Next, I gave Regigigas the boot, as his ability pretty much destroys his viability. I replaced him with the famed Extremkiller Arceus. Rayquaza is now running a Dragon Dance set, and Giratina was replaced due to recurring Ice, Dark, and Dragon weaknesses. Smarmory will be taking over the last spot and will serve as a physical wall, as well as resisting Dark and Dragon types like a baws. I strongly encpourage you try these suggestions, as they are a bit more viable than most of Matthichu's suggestions.

I would've changed most of his team, but he said he wanted to keep the same pokemon, so I didn't.
I'll change a few things on here. But I have to keep the same pokemon unless they are one of the pokemon above.
