Me wants to answer :P
Ninetales:
Hypnosis has pretty shaky accuracy. I suggest either Sunny Day to stop other other weather and facilitate weather wars, or Will-O-Wisp, which can cripple common switchins to Ninetales, such as Tyranitar and Politoed. If you are running Sunny Day, swap Energy Ball for SolarBeam.
Summary of changes:
Sunny Day > Hypnosis / Will-O-Wisp > Hypnosis
If Sunny Day > Hypnosis, SolarBeam > Energy Ball
Venusaur:
Its not necessary or anything, but shift the 4 HP EVs to Attack.
Summary of changes:
4 HP EVs -> 4 Atk EVs
Hydreigon:
Run Timid over Modest. It allows you to outspeed more stuff.
Summary of changes:
Timid > Modest
Lucario:
I suggest Justified over Inner Focus. Justified allows you to take Dark moves and up your Attack by 1, which can help you sweep easier. I also suggest Ice Punch over ThunderPunch, as you cover way more with Ice Punch. Electric covers Flying, which Ice does, and Water, which isn't a problem with your Sun and Venusaur. Ice Punch offers coverage against the many Ice weaknesses in OU. Also, you can try out Adamant over Jolly, as Lucario needs that extra power for ExtremeSpeed.
Summary of changes:
Justified > Inner Focus
Ice Punch > ThunderPunch
Adamant > Jolly
Gliscor:
You are missing a Physical wall here, and Gliscor is perfect. You already have Lucario has a setup Physical sweeper, so I suggest the famous SubToxic Gliscor:
Gliscor (F) @ Toxic Orb

Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Toxic
As I am a bit tired, I'll steal my own description:
You've probably faced annoying set before, some time during your Pokemon battling career. The original SubToxic Gliscor. Gliscor acts as my premier Terrakion check, and basically most Fighting and Physical Pokemon, as Gliscor has an epic Defense stat. Poison Heal heals health when Poison, which Gliscor can easily activate. Substitute allows me to dodge other status if I know I'm faster than the opponent, and helps when used on the switch to give Gliscor something to hide behind in case of a Special Attacker. Protect gives more stall to the team, by allowing Gliscor to get another round of healing from Toxic Orb. Earthquake is STAB that serves as my attacking move in the case I get Taunted. Toxic allows me to stall even more, weakening the opponent and allowing me to stall with SubProtect. It synergizes well with Earthquake, since Steels aren't affected by Poison, but get hit but Earthquake. However, Skarmory and opposing Gliscor dodge this combo. You can opt for Ice Fang if this bothers you (Over Toxic)
Deoxys-D:
Finally, someone is using this guy. I'm happy :P
Anyway, I'm going to introduce a whole new set for him, as you do lack a Special Wall. I'll give 2 sets, actually.
Deoxys-D @ Leftovers / Rocky Helmet

Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Seismic Toss
- Spikes / Recover
Basic set.
Deoxys-D @ Mental Herb

Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Recover
- Seismic Toss
- Spikes
Another Basic set. Mental Herb cures Taunt, so setting up should be easier.
