Extreme Speed is priority, Dragon Tail is STAB and gets rid of sweepers by switching them out. Rest is to heal should your life get too low, and hopefully Shed Skin can cure your condition right away. Waterfall is to get rid of Gligars that stand in your way.

Outrage is a major STAB, and can cause trouble for most LC teams. Earthquake
is more STAB, Fire Blast is for Ice types, and Substitute is to protect yourself when you don’t want to take damage.

I'm gonna rate this one.

Axew:

Take out reversal.Only if you have very low hp,it will really be somewhat effective.So replace it superpower.Just dont care if the defense falls down.You have got eviolite right?So,dont worry,axew can survive with a lot of powerful attacks.If you really want to have reversal,try this moveset:

First use a couple of dragon dances to boost up that attack and speed of axew's.Then use endure which leaves you in 1 HP.Then use reversal.What a deadly combination.An all out attack that guarantees OHKO for many pokemons.

Gible:

Remove rough skin as abiility.Its greatest advantage in the metagame is Sand Veil, which gives it an evasion boost in sandstorm that will potentially allow it to set up a free Substitute, much like its big brother Garchomp. Maximizing Gible's potential from Sand Veil is your best option when using this little dragon.

Now for the moveset.Fire blast should be removed.Come on! Why fire blast when he has poor SpA when he has great Atk. Replace that with iron head which at times makes the target flinch.Other moves are great.So no changes to that.

Charmander is fast enough to reach 21 Speed while holding a Choice Scarf, allowing it to function as an effective revenge killer. The moves are quite simple here. Flare Blitz is the main STAB move and has considerable power, making it the primary option. ThunderPunch gets coverage on Water-types, while Brick Break hits Houndour and Munchlax. Lastly, Rock Slide is a good option to hit opposing Fire-types. These four moves combine for great coverage, allowing Charmander to revenge kill a myriad of threats.
