Aerodactyl works best as a Dedicated Suicide Lead. so here it is:

Trait: Pressure
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
EVs: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
- Rock Slide
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake

Aerodactyl's freaky Spd lets it Taunt another set up lead, and then lay down Rocks on the Switch. High Spd + Rock Slide = Flinch abuser.

A good follow up is Ferrothorn.

and i went Adamant over Jolly for Aero since it easily outspeeds Ferrothorn, Skarmory, Forretress, and other common Hazard Leads, and shuts em down with Taunt. once it has Rocks up, it just attack til it dies.

Ferrothorn is a good follow up since thunder wave further allows you to set up Spikes and Seed. You can now Wall away, and if they don't OHKO you, you can spread T Wave forcing switches racking up EH damage and Crippling sweepers which pretty much takes a dump on their offensive momentum. do you see what im saying?
