shiftry: it cant endure using nasty plot... replace it with brick break, instead of grass knot i would have energyball.

arcanine: i would put tose hp evs on speed.

swanpert: great!

crobat: depending on his role crosspoison could be good.

snorlax: don't ev speed, put it on defence. if he is a staller, give him toxic, you also need to have crunch on him in case of ghosts.

last pokemon: have eiter scizor (to baton pass, very recomended for a lead) or maybe dragonite. A ninjask could also fit in with swords dance, baton pass protect and substitute.
