I agree with the previous answer. Replace Sucker Punch for Poison Jab.

Toxicroak needs a partner that will not minupulate on his weaknesses.
An exposed threat like this would be Alakazam.

You need poison jab on toxicroak, but on the other hand you don't have room for it.

If you could get the dream world ability i would suggest:
