I'm assuming you don't really play much monotype? Was this just a monotype team? either way it looks good until you consider the fact it is raped by grass Pokémon. Sure mono water should be right? Nah in monotype you need to make sure you can counter your weakness as monotype battles should not be the case of who has the type advantage. So a water type that may share a type that can sponge electric and grass type moves e.g Ludicolo. Do you see what I'm saying. Obviously all mono teams have their flaws and may not be able to overcome their weakness with ease but it always helps anyway as any pokemon using grass moves kinda kills this team.

Your second major problem is that your not using sets fitting to the right metagame. Your sets are for the tier they are from. That doesn't apply in monotype. Maybe Grass is not a common type to be seen in Ou (bad example its not common in monotype) but you still need to cover it as Pokémon like Virizion just kill you. Pokémon need to adapt to their metagames (would you use hp bug on Mushrana if you were using it in Ou like you would in Nu?)

I do really like the use of HydroRest though and Choice Band may be neet on Basculin having a rain boosted, stab boosted, adaptability boosted, cband boosted priority Aqua Jet could probably hurt those resisting it.

Lemme point out, Blobby. Musharna never uses HP Bug, it goes HP Ground when it goes for a Hidden Power. Fyi, it has Signal Beam. And Muscle Bands won't help you..

You can tell I don't play much Nu lol. Either way hp bug is a pretty common hp type right. But you would never use it in ou.

Haha, not a bad idea, but you're going to want to stay away from pure water types and hint more towards dual types for more diversity.

Politoed

I'd go for a different EV spread of 252 HP / 252 Sp Def / 4 Def on him. Politoed really works better as a bulky pokemon, and it also fits your moveset.

Vaporeon

Vaporeon isn't going to do much more than Politoed can, so I'd aim for a Rotom-W in this slot to have a nice scout and add more type diversity.

Volt switch will let you scout and get damage on good switches, while hydro pump is used for rain boosted STAB. Thunder is a possible secondary STAB move that can be interchanged with Trick, which can break walls. HP ice is nice coverage.

I would swap him with either Gyarados or Sharpedo depending on what you're looking for.

Superpower and Curse together will usually lead you to certain death, so i'd replace superpower with Brick Break. Lefties is a nice item for swamp as well.

Poliwrath

Nice type choice, but another special attack would work well here, and swift swim is banned in general competitive play. Keldeo makes an amazing replacement, though.

Oh yes, you probably will def want Gyarados to help with the grass weakness. That plus having an ice move on nearly every pokemon.. should cover that well enough.
