Okay,so i'm gonna rate this team!
Groudon:
Your moveset is fine but if i were you i would change swords dance with rock polish.It already has enormous attack but with some speed boost,it will be a monster.After one use of rock polish, Groudon reaches an enormous speed, enough to outrun anything.Also change its EV's to 252 Atk/176 Spe/80 Def.You should also realise groudon has a huge defense as well.These are my suggestions.
Arceus-F:
LOL! I was just laughing at your arceus.How come you have Arceus-F without holding the flame plate? As blobyolo said,even i thought of replacing Arceus-F with charizard becaus eof its solar power abilityand i'm gonna do that now.

Now,i have used this set effectively and it works great! Solar power boosts your Spa by 50% but reduces 1/8 of your Hp which is why i have given leftovers for some healing.Fire Blast,a primary stab move for charizard,get a lot of power in the sun and by solar power.Solarbeam to cover some of your weaknesses and is a 1-turn ove in the sun.Air slash as another primary stab and roost for some healing up.
Blaziken:
Yeah,this set looks good.So no changes.
Reshiram:
Choice specs instead of wise glasses.It will be an all out attacker with choice specs with its enormous Spa.
Heatran:
Looks good.No changes.
Volcarona:
This is my favourite fire type pokemon in Gen 5! It need some slight improvement.I use a completely different set and it is just awesome!

This set is really,really awesome! Quiver Dance is the boosting move of choice and for good reason. It not only boosts Volcarona's Special Attack and Speed to make it a fearsome special sweeper, but also boosts Special Defense to make it much harder to revenge kill. Fire Blast is another awesome move to have.Psychic for more coverage and bug buzz for another primary stab move.
