Ferrothorn:
- Stealth Rock > Spikes: Stealth Rock is generally preferred on a team when you don't have it, as it gets damage off of every Pokemon bar Magic Bouncers, while Spikes are more easily avoided.
- Optional EV spread: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef: This EV spread provides great mixed bulk, but it is totally optional.
Heatran:
- Choice Scarf Heatran > Defensive Heatran: You lack a Special sweeper, and you have a fantastic defensive core in Rotom-W and Ferrothorn already. Here is the set:
Heatran (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Overheat
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
IVs: 2 Atk / 30 Def
A simple set, to be honest, switch into a Fire move and start to sweep. Overheat is humongous STAB that works with Heatran's SAtk stat. Fire Blast is used to provide consistent damage. Flamethrower is an option if you desire perfect accuracy. Earth Power demolishes other Heatran and other Fire Pokemon. Hidden Power [Ice] screws over Dragons and stuff like Gliscor.
Lucario:
- LO Mienshao > Lucario: keeping Lucario nets you a huge Fighting weakness. Mienshao hits hard from the bat, and has Fake Out for priority.
Mienshao (F) @ Life Orb

Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Fake Out
- Hi Jump Kick
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- U-turn
Mienshao hits hard. Hard. Mienshao's Fake Out allows you to get some free damage in there, and soften your opposition a bit. Hi Jump Kick kills nearly everything that doesn't resist it. Hidden Power [Ice] allows you to deal with common switchins to Mienshaos, like Gliscor and Dragonite. You can also use Stone Edge in this slot, and change the EVs to 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd with Jolly as the nature. U-turn scouts, and allows you to activate Regenerator to recover LO recoil.
Kyurem-B:
- SubDisable Gengar > Kyurem-B: You lack a counter for Pokemon spinning away your hazards, and SubDisable can easily perform that role and take the Fighting moves that your team is currently very weak to.
Gengar (M) @ Black Sludge

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Disable
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
Substitute allows you to avoid status, as well as being able to take the move that the opponent uses after it. Disable will disable the move that is used against the Sub, often forcing switches. Shadow Ball is STAB, and combines with Focus Blast to provide perfect neutral coverage on all Pokemon.
Salamence:
- Scarf MoxieMence > Salamence: Double Scarfers work well in the team, and Salamence acts as a late game cleaner, and sports excellent stats for it.
Salamence (F) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
Outrage is 120 base power STAB that rips through teams after losing their Steel type. This is used when I successfully remove the opposing Steel type. Dragon Claw is my alternative STAB when I'm trying to be cautious and know that my opponent still has a Steel alive. Fire Blast roasts the Steel Pokemon that I predict coming in, common ones being Ferrothorn and Forretress, which are both 2HKO'ed by it. Earthquake is coverage, and hits Steels also.
Rotom-W:
- SDef Rotom-W > ChestoRest: Your team needs some type of counter to Tornadus and Thundurus-T, and Rotom can be with the proper EVs.
- 248 HP / 28 SAtk / 228 SDef with a Calm Nature.
- Will-O-Wisp > Rest
- Volt Switch > Discharge
- Leftovers > Chesto Berry
