Ninjask-If this is a competitive team, you should note that Double team is banned due to the evasion clause. Ninjask has paper thin defenses, and with stealth rock everywhere, he won't last long. I'd drop double team and use protect and/or substitute instead, this way you can stall for time while you build up his speed. I'd also give him a focus sash instead of leftovers so he can last another turn. Since you have him as a lead, he won't have to worry about rock damage. Also, drop silver wind and give him X-Scissor instead so it can benefit from the swords dance, but you won't get locked into a taunt. Silver wind might offer a chance for a stat boost, but it's very unlikely, and he doesn't have time to get them.
Tyranitar-Consider using superpower for some more type coverage, but besides that, he's fine.
Spiritomb- No need for both priority moves. I'd drop shadow sneak and use Something like Will-O-Wisp. Rather than go into rest talking ( A bad idea if you're carrying sucker punch) would be to go into a pain split option too. Pursuit is also a nice option for switching into psychic types.
Blissey-No point in both heal bell and aromatherapy. Try Seismic toss instead of Counter since it will not likely survive a physical hit without a sash. You could try toxic to help stalling, and even consider wish instead of softboiled so you can help out injured teammates.
Salamence-I'd consider using a hidden power instead of outrage for type coverage. It might help cover other pokemon, but you don't want to get locked in, especially considering you have specs, meaning you'd have to switch even you survived.
Torkoal-I would highly suggest using a different pokemon here. Something with Flash fire could easily block you out and eventually break through Torkoal, not to mention he's still prone to Stealth rock.
