Yeah laddering in Ou is hard just because of the sheer number of people that play it and the variations that happen. I made a rain team last night and have over used it already recording around 40 battles :D it is about 40-6 and after all of that starting from my previous rank of 1480ish just hit 1600 :D I got 4 battles straight where I got +2 for winning... But when you loose its like -50 :( You see laddering in ubers is the case of beating two noobs and your already at 1900 :L

So good job on that. The only reason I haven't up voted is because its as standard as rain gets ;) It works but i'm sick of seeing the same team and isn't so creative.
