Its Hard to read. Separate the pokemon and try to make it clearer. If no one has answered in a couple of days then it probably means there are no major improvements to be made at this time. If someone sees something then they will answer.

thanks. Now I know how to fix my team, but I wan't a grass type move on my heatran and charizard. Just one. Overall the other pokemon I will fix.

The only thing I notice is that you should change Last Resort to Psychic/Psyshock on Azelf. You also don't need both Horn Leech and Seed Bomb on Sawsbuck. Instead use something like Megahorn or Wild Charge. Try using the Marriland.com Team Builder to see if you have any huge weaknesses, too.
