I saw your other thread on this team; if you want to use Ninetales, make a team that will actually benefit from Drought (e.g. Venusaur with Cholorphyll). Otherwise, use Heatran like the other thread suggested.
There is no need for Block on a Blissey. Give it Aromatherapy which will give you team support (though it will inadvertently heal Breloom).
