Where is the Ninetales? Ninetales really helps, as it basically weakens your Water weakness, as well as powering up STAB moves. Right now, the most expendable Pokemon on your team seems to be Arcanine. Replace Arcanine for this Ninetales:

Now, onto your other Pokemon:

For your Volcarona, you seem to be running defensive, to take full advantage of Flame Body. However, since we Sun now, having Sun boosted Volcarona is absolutely deadly. So change your EVs to 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd, and swap your Roost for Hidden Power [Rock] to allow you to hit Rotom-H and Heatran.

Infernape could really use a mixed set here. You have 3 Choice Users, which isn't all that great, in my opinion. Try the Life Orb Infernape:

Defensive volcarona is not cool. It's fearsome reputation is in quiver dance. After 2 it can efectively sweep with fiery dance raising its special attack. Try using this set

This set uses volcarona's amazing special attack to its full advantage. Have fun

Infernape
Dafuq are you doing putting swords dance on a BANDED infernape. Completely wasting a moveslot. And if you're banded you wanna hit hard and have no regrets so try this set

-mach punch

I know you wanna use iron fist to its full potential but flare blitz is superior here close combat lowers its defenses which can't take a hit in the first place. Mach punch is so fun to use to revenge kill.

so ya wanna go defensive huh. Well thats fine but i like special heatran better. Let me see.....
Lava plume is used to burn since you're defensive but putting toxic is stupid since you are going for the burn. Stealth rock and roar combo is ok. So replace toxic with earth power to get really nice coverage. And you ain't out speeding anyone so make that timid nature modest. Consider investing more evs in spd then def because once you get that burn physical moves won't bother you.

Darmanitan
Don't get me wrong darmanitan is a good fire type but I don't see much use in him. This team would completely wreck in sun though...you know where I'm going with this.

Ninetales is the bringer of light and will make fire ridiculously powerful.

Fire blast gets crazy in the sun. Solarbeam is awsome now. Nasty plot is self explanatory and Sunny day is to shift the momentum back in your favor if your opponent tries something funny. This pokemon will make your team very powerful.

Rotom-H

Where is the volt switch. That is like a must have on every rotom. Replace discharge with volt switch and confuse ray with STAB fire blast. You don't wanna get stuck confusing.
