Ninetales
Ninetales
item: focus sash
ability: drought
nature: modest (+ satk - atk)
evs: 252 satk 252 spd 4 def
solar beam
flamethrower
dark pulse
confuse ray

Ninetales is my weather setup/take down. It has drought witch sets up sun, solar beam
witch takes out politoed, kyoger, tyranitar, hippodon, and if they bring out groudon or a ninetales of there own who cares its sun that's what I need. Flamethrower is sun bonus + stab. Dark pulse is for coverage and confuse ray is for well confusing.

Darmanitan
Darmanitan
item: life orb
ability: sheer force
nature: adamant (+ atk - satk)
evs: 252 atk 252 spd 4 hp
fire punch
earthquake
zen headbutt
u-turn

My physical ball of doom. He has sheer force witch gives him extra power on half of his moves and takes away life orb recoil. Zen headbutt is for coverage and sheer force. Earthquake is for high power coverage and fire punch is for sheer force, stab, and sun bonus. Just make sure to u-turn out of super effective moves because he doesn't get good coverage...

Bibarel
Bibarel
item: leftovers
ability: simple
nature: impish (+ def - satk)
evs: 252 def 252 sdef 4 hp
defense curl
amnesia
double team
rollout

My staler is... Bibarel. His simple ability makes stats go up twice as fast. I start with double team then I put up whatever stat is needed so if it's a physical attacker I'm up against I go with defense curl special I go with amnesia. Then after all the stats are up I rollout away...

Tropius
Tropius
item: citrus berry
ability: harvest
nature: relaxed (+ def - spd)
evs: 252 sdef 240 def 16 hp
solar beam
dragon pulse
synthesis
earthquake

A mixed... Sweeper?... Staler?... A mess is more like it... but never the less harvest restores the citrus berry 100% of the time in sun. Synthesis is for healing when things get really bad, dragon pulse is for pesky dragons, earthquake is coverage, and solar beam is a high powered, stab, sun charged beam of death.

Arkanine
Arcanine
item: life orb
ability: flash fire
nature: modest (+ satk - atk)
evs: 252 satk 252 spd 4 hp
solar beam
flamethrower
dragon pulse
morning sun

Arkanine is a good sweeper with stab flamethrower, coverage dragon pulse, and power-full solar beam. Morning sun restores life orb damage and life orb in turn boosts damage and flash fire keeps other fire sweepers at bay.

Roserade
Roserade
item: poison gem
ability: natural cure
nature: modest (+ satk - atk)
evs: 252 satk 100 def 52 sdef 100 hp
weather ball
solar beam
sludge bomb
synthesis

Roserade is another special sweeper. Weather ball has 100 base damage fire type and 50% more damage in sun bringing it up to 150 base damage. Solar beam is stab and great powered. While sludge bomb is just a good stab move and that firs gem will increase it to even more damage. Synthesis is yet again a recovery system.

Evasion is banned and who uses Bibarel anyways cause moody is banned.  Roost > Synthesis, Air Slash> Earthquake on tropius. Make Arcanine Adamant and give it Flare Blitz, Flame CHarge, Wild Charge, and Extreme Speed.
Why is roost better than synthesis synthesis is the same except it recovers more hp
Sun is difficult but when I make one I follow a set of rules that might help you. 3 firetypes ninetales-a physical one- and a spatk'er. 2 grass types one the abuses the sun for speed and another to make it more def(exeggutor is my fave cuz of harvest)). And something that cand take hits and dish them out. Conkelder and haxorus are 2I like to use in this case. Also do NOT use a water type.
There are way too many fire types... but Bibarel can start throwing flaming ninjas at the challenger. He's actually a pretty dang big threat to fire types.

A good team, but it needs some improvment. Here we go:

Ninetales
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Drought
Nature: Modest (+ Satk - Atk)
Evs: 252 Satk 252 HP 4 Def
-Solarbeam
-Flamethrower
-Will-o-wisp
-Confuse ray
Ninetails is just fine as it is if you are going for a sweeper considering it is the fastest of all weather leads, you might as well use it to your advantage. Just be aware of other weather leads. I am giving you a bulkier version here.

Darmanitan
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
Nature: Adamant (+ Atk - Satk)
Evs: 252 Atk 252 Spd 4 HP
-Fire Punch
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt
-U-turn
No problem here, would not want to face this guy…

Swampert
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
Nature: Adamant (+ Def - satk)
Evs: 252 HP 252 Atk 4 Sdf
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide/ Stone Edge
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Punch
Bibarel is an awesome Pokemon, really, but don’t use it competitively, he isn’t that good. I would suggest a good Fire- Counter, and would recommend my personal favorite Swampert. E-quake and Rock Slide is epic coverage, Ice Punch is to deal with his only weakness and Stealth Rock is great to have. If you want something else I would suggest Relicanth or Kabutops, just for the extra Fire-resistance.

Lickilicky
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Cloud Nine
Nature: Adamant (+ Def - Spd)
Evs: 252 Atk 252 HP 4 Spd
-Power Whip
-Fire Punch
-Curse
-Body Slam
Two Grass is one to many in any team, so I give you another option here. Lickilicky have the exact same stats as Tropius, only stronger. This one is supposed to destroy other weather teams. Power Whip takes out Politoed, Tyranitar and Hippowdons (and to a smaller extent Groudon and Kyogre), Fire Punch deals with Abomasnow. Body Slam is great STAB with a chance of Paralyzing and curse is for the bulk.

Arcenine
Item: Life orb
Ability: Flash fire
Nature: Modest (+ Satk - Atk)
Evs: 252 Satk 252 Spd 4 HP
-Solarbeam
-Flamethrower
-Dragon pulse
-Morning Sun
Arcenine is good as it is, don’t change it.

Roserade
Item: Fire Gem
Ability: Natural cure
Nature: Modest (+ satk - atk)
Evs: 252 Satk 252 Spd 4 HP
-Weather ball
-Solar beam
-Leech Seed
-Aromatherapy/ Toxic Spikes
Roserade is great, but if you want a sweeper, go all out with the Evs. But make it more supportive, Leech Seed is excellent for stalling, Aromatherapy is healing teammates or use Toxic Spikes for stalling even further.

Overall, great team, but it needs some improvement. Even if you don’t use Swampert or Lickilicky, never use Bibarel or Tropius unless it is in-game. Hope it helps.

Thank you for your feedback I will use lickilicky but I have no way to get a swampert if you could post a kabutops I would appreciate it and should I lead with lickilicky?
Ok, here we go!
Kabutops
Item: Rock Gem
Ability: Battle Armor
Nature: Jolly
Evs: 252 Atk 252 Spe 4 HP
-Rock Slide
-Stealth Rock
-Rock Polish
-Rapid Spin/X-Scissor
So the point of this guy is to destroy opponents Fire-Types.
Rock Slide is great STAB whilst Stealth Rock and Rock Polish sets up to kill. The last moves is your choice, I would go with R-spin due to your great weakness towards Stealth Rock.
Hope it helped, good luck!
Only lead with licky if you face another weather team, it should be able to take down alot of powerful weather abusers such as Scizor and water types as well as their leads.
Thank you so much I will now make my team!
T.T I need squirtle for rapid spin.
Now using rock slide instead of earthquake on darmanitan and toxic spikes and aromatheropy instead of leech seed on roserade p.s. adament nature raises at and decreases sat.

Ninetales @ Leftovers
Ability: Drought
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP, 128 Speed, 128 Def
- Protect
- Roar
- Will-O-Wisp/ Solar beam
- Flamethrower

I would rather go defensive on Ninetales. Your entire team is based around sun, so you should preserve your weather lead for as long as possible. OU is ridden with weather teams, and should you face a Sand/ Rain team, you will be at a massive disadvantage if Ninetales faints early on.

image
Darmanitan @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 Def
Flare Blitz
Rock Slide
Zen Headbutt
U-Turn

While I understand why you chose Fire Punch over Flare Blitz for lack of recoil, you need to sweep as fast as possible. Fire Punch will not OHKO Pokemon that take neutral damage from fire. Darmanitan is really frail, so you need to maximise its use on the battlefield by giving it the most powerful move. Zen Headbutt and Rock Slide will be the ones you can use w/o Life Orb recoil; Rock Slide over Earthquake because no Life Orb damage and it will hit flying types.

image
Arcanine @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
* Solar Beam
* Flamethower
* Extremespeed
* Morning Sun

While your Arcanine is a special sweeper, I would give it Extremespeed against Pokemon that might outspeed you in Sun, i.e. those with Chlorophyll. It'll be able to get rid of any laggers with low HP by using a priority move.

image
Roserade @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
* Giga Drain
* Sludge Bomb
* Leaf Storm
* HP Fire/ Sleep Powder

HP Fire > Weather Ball, just in case the weather changes. I don't like one use items like gems in most cases, so give your Roserade a Life Orb as well. Recoil damage won't do too much with STAB Giga Drain.

Bibarel's not suited for OU. Also, Double Team is banned from all tiers other than Uber. For a water counter, I would suggest Tentacruel, which will double as a Rapid Spinner.

image
Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze/ Clear Body/ Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Speed
Nature: Timid/ Bold
* Rapid Spin
* Scald/ Ice Beam
* Knock Off
* Protect/ Toxic Spikes

Tentacruel's advantageous typing means it can take hits from many things, soak up Toxic Spikes, and Grass is now x1. It will also clear entry hazards for you, and if you want you can set up your own hazards as well.

All three of Tentacruel's abilities are viable in this situation. In the scenario you are facing a Rain team, Rain Dish will be beneficial. Liquid Ooze will prevent Pokemon from using Giga Drain on it. Clear Body will keep its stats from lowering. You should decide which ability will benefit Tentacruel the most.

Tropius is another NU Pokemon and is not suited to OU. You have no Chlorophyll user on this team, and Tropius' slow speed, mediocre defences and poor typing means it will easily get swept before Harvest can do its job. If you wanted to use something with Harvest, I would suggest Exeggutor. However, I think it would be better if you abused Drought to the maximum and used a Pokemon with Chlorophyll.

For a Chlorophyll sweeper, here are two choices:

image
Sawsbuck @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Atk, 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
* Horn Leech
* Swords Dance
* Nature Power/ Jump Kick
* Return

image
Venusaur @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 HP
Nature: Modest
* Growth
* Giga Drain
* Sludge Bomb
* HP Fire

Venusaur's typing will overlap with Roserade's, but then again Sawsbuck doesn't really have any added useful resistances apart from Ghost immunity. The choice between these two is whether you want another physical sweeper or a special sweeper. However, Venusaur can also be made into a Physical sweeper with Earthquake, Seed Bomb and Return, but it forfeits Giga Drain as a HP restoring method. Sawsbuck will have Horn Leech, and its Attack is superior in any case, so Sawsbuck is mainly a physical Pokemon.

This team is high on the offensive, so you should abuse your weather to the fullest with maxed out attacks/ special attacks, along with abilities like Chlorophyll. Your aim is to sweep as fast as possible and as effectively as possible, so there's no need for Blissey to act as Cleric because you want to be able to wipe out your opponent before they can do anything to you.
