Excadrill can be Knuckles if you think about it.

Gamma/Omega can be Registeel.
Chao can be Chimecho (looks like it from the colors and head).

If you want Omega maybe place Golurk it has the same body only colours are different.

I know that the team is based on Sonic characters, but I think you can improve the overall synergy of the team.

Suicune-This set will be fine for my suggestions.

Ninetales-Perhaps replace it with Politoed, who can be Froggy, Big's companion. This allows your team the use of the rain. Sun is nice, but it hurts your team. Magnezone is more prone to fire with it, and suicune's STAB move gets weakened.

Magnezone-I'd go with a special attacking set. gyro ball is nice, especially with STAB, but this can take better advantage of the rain. Replace WIld charge with Thunder. It gets STAB and good rain accuracy. Hidden power psychic/flying/ or water. the first two to deal with fighting types, or the third to get rain power.

I'd replace Chimecho since it's just not that great a pokemon. Sandslash and are good, but wouldn't fit the rain to well. Here are a few suggestions you could do:

Thunderus (erazor djinn)-Works great with those rain teams. Making a set fit a rain team shouldn't be too difficult.

As a stretch, Wobuffett/Muk, could be Chaos, Espeon could be Blaze. Anything psychic could play Silver, but not fit very well.

Politoed, Magnezone, Thunderus, Purugly, suicune, and Purugly/Registeel would be the team. Purugly won't change too much from the weather teams, so it won't matter. STAB fake out + gem is pretty cheap. (Is it a gem, or a chaos emerald?)

(if you wanted to make a sand team, sandslash would work as is, and you could use Excadrill (knuckles))
