You're too susceptible to Taunt & Whirlwind/ Roar. Even Dragon Tail, since you don't have a Pokemon that will Baton Pass defence, or any other stat other than Swords Dance.

Also, Life Orb > Muscle Band. 10% recoil is worthwhile if you can sweep before your opponent KO's you.
