Yay Zekrom! My username too! Anyway, onto the answer:

I think it is a good team, few improvements can make it perfect.
Maybe you could have a bulky/support pokemon as well as sweepers. Vaporeon and Umbreon are the best at support/heal.

The combination of Wish and protect can be good as it secures the heal.
Umbreon has good defences, so you could set up curse to raise attack and defence.
Payback is STAB and makes use of curse (low speed form curse)

If you want to go for hail on Glaceon, I recomend blizzard as its 100 accuracy in hail, powered up by hail and STAB.

Items can be leftovers (for any pokemon), for sweepers maybe choice scarf/band/specs, life orb

hope it helped

Thanks bro!!! I'm new to ev training, and your really helping me out. Btw, I was more trying out Umbreon as an offensive player, but I guess healing is wonderful too.
And go Zekrom!! XD
Btw, should I take out Jolt's HP considering it only has 31 power? If so, what should I replace it with?
