On my team i have:
Froslass @ Bright powder [Female]
Trait: snow cloak
Stats: ATK: 93 Def: 73 Sp. Atk: 89 Sp. Def: 68 Spd 109
Nature: naughty (+ Atk -Sp. def)
Ominous wind
Hail
Icy wind
Confuse ray
This is my Lead Pokemon that I am training. She is my Leader and makes up my weather during battle. I use her because she can lower the accuracy of my opponents enough and her evasiveness during hail makes her the perfect pokemon to move in as a special sweeper.

Toxicroak @ Focus band [female]
Trait: Anticipation
Stats: Atk: 152 Def: 71 Sp. Atk: 118 Sp. Def: 90 Spd:104
Nature: Lonely (+attack -Defense)

Revenge
Return
Venoshock
This member is my physical sweeper having an attack stat on par with latios thats over 20 levels above Toxicroak but sadly all her other stats are put to shame by the entire team except gliscor and its special attack forcing Toxicroak to have to be covered by some type of move.

Nature: Docile (nothing affected)

He is pretty much the mixed sweeper on the team. His attack and Sp. Atk make him perfect for mixing since his fly attack deals enough to make up for his lack of second attack.

Stats: Atk: 133 Def:161 Sp. Atk 66 Sp. Def 103 Spd 113
Nature: Sassy (+Sp. Def -Spd)

He is mainly another physical sweeper on my team i took his evolution item away and replaced it with a poison type move booster since he has a few good poison type moves at his disposal.

Nature: Naive (+speed -Sp. Def)

He is really a slight wall against the opponent while i prepare to unleash real power onto them with my other 5 (he doesnt know drill peck yet and his defense EV training starts today)

He is my tank pokemon; serving as my Mixed sweeper Mixed Wall (in the case I need to set up for my other pokemon) and of course pretty much any other position i didnt fill with the other 5.
This team is severely unbalanced and yet i want you to rate it! What do i need to change about this team?

Earthquake and Waterfall is STAB whilst Ice Punch covers its only weakness. Stealth Rock and the EV spread make it into a good, supportive tank.

Trait: Snow Cloak
Evs: 252 Spe/ 252 Sat/ 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Trick

- Blizzard
- Shadow Ball
Froslass is a bit tricky, hence the move Trick. Trick+ Choice Scarf can cripple defensive Pokémon’s severely. Hail set up the hail obviously, and Blizzard>Icy Wind in the Hail due to the 100% accuracy. Shadow Ball is STAB.

Toxicroak @ Black Sludge
Trait: Anticipation
Evs: 252 Spe/ 252 Atk/ 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Brick Break
- Poison Jab
- Substitute
- Sucker Punch
Brick Break and Poison Jab is good STAB whilst Substitute sets up. Sucker Punch is almost required on Toxicroak due to the 4x weakness to Psychic.

Latios @ White Herb
Trait: Levitate
Evs: 252 Spe/ 252 Sat/ 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Tailwind
- Thunder Wave
So this set is a bit different from most Latios. Draco Meteor+ Whit Herb is death incarnate to most teams. Psyshock is second STAB and hit Blissey and its likes really hard at the same time as Tailwind supports and Thunder Wave cripples.

Supportive Physical Tank Gliscor. U-Turn let you get momentum, Earthquake is STAB, Stealth Rock is support and Substitute is for stalling.

Modest Nature
- Surf
- Flash Cannon
- Grass Knot
- Aqua Ring
Surf and Flash Cannon is STAB, Grass Knot is coverage against Ground primarily whilst Aqua Ring let you take a few more hits.

Physical Charizard? Really? In fact, Dragon Dance Charizard is quite powerful. Fire Punch is STAB. Outrage is sheer power and Thunder Punch is coverage.

Overall, your team is quite weak to Stealth Rock, so maybe get a Rapid Spinner, such as Starmie or Kabutops. Sorry for the short descriptions but I was in a hurry. Hope it helped!
