Ok, so here we go!

Whimsicott @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP, 128 Def, 128 Sp.Def,
Nature: Hasty
- U-Turn/Giga Drain
- Toxic/ Leech Seed
- Taunt
- Protect
You will need one attacking move at least, or you will need to be really good with the Taunt predictions. I prefer Toxic over Leech Seed since the Toxic stay on the opponent. However, if you can get Shadow Tag For Chandelure, use Leech Seed since they cannot escape.

Cresselia @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp.Def
Nature: Serious
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Ice Beam
So, Leftovers>Chesto Berry since the Lefties are permanent. Calm mind also gives a lot better bulk.

Chandelure @ Choice Scarf/ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Nature: Modest
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Psychic/ Trick
- Energy Ball
Your Chandelure looks fine, but since you are running a more offensive Chandelure, give it Choice Scarf since its speed is below average, or use Life Orb to not lock yourself into a single move. Focus Band is almost useless due to the low reliability. If you use Choice Scarf, go with Trick to be able to cripple something severely.

Haxorus @ Life Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Dance/Outrage
- Brick Break
Haxorus would probably work best with Life Orb since it has access to Dragon Dance. You might want to consider Outrage due to the superior power. Look out for Garchomps, Salamances and Hydreigons since they will all outspeed you.

I would say your own suggestions for this team, Scizor and Rotom-W, are excellent options for this team. Scizor can hit Dark types, which your team really need, and Rotom-W can defend against Fire types that are also a big threat towards your team. Together, they will form the notorious VoltTurn combo as well.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Ability: Technican
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 HP, 4 Spe
Nature: Adamant
- Superpower
- Bullet Punch
- U-Turn
- Sword Dance
Pretty standard Scizor, Bullet Punch and U-Turn is STAB whilst Superpower is lethal on a Sword Dancing Scizor.

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 252 Spe, 252 Sat, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Trick
- Thunder Wave
Quite standard here as well. Volt Switch gives some momentum, Hydro Pump is STAB and deals with Fire types that plague Scizor and Whimsicott. Trick once again to trick the opponents and Thunder Wave is also for crippling.

Sorry the descriptions got so short, but your team didn’t need much improvement :)
